Do parents pay anything?
No. The parent app is free, forever. Centres pay per enrolled child.
What phones do teachers need?
Any Android phone from the last six years, or an iPhone. One shared phone per room is enough.
How does MoMo payment work?
The parent taps Pay, gets a prompt on their phone, enters their PIN. The payment matches to the invoice automatically and both sides get a receipt.
What if the internet is down?
Check-ins and logs are saved on the phone and sent when the connection returns. Parents see a "sending" state, never a missing day.
Who can see the photos of my child?
Only the guardians you approve. Teachers tag children per photo; untagged photos stay in the room album staff can see.
Where is the data stored?
In Rwanda, encrypted at rest. When a family leaves, their data is deleted after 90 days unless they export it.
